Terisi District covers an area of 174.28 km², which is divided into 9 villages, with Cikawung Village being the largest and Karangasem the smallest. In 2024, the district's population reached 61,847 people, consisting of 31,329 males and 30,518 females. Jatimulya Village is the most populous area with 9,698 residents, while Kendayakan Village has the smallest population.The governmental structure in Terisi District is supported by 14 civil servants and is administratively divided into 60 Community Units (RW) and 273 Neighborhood Units (RT). In the social sector, educational facilities are well-distributed, including 29 elementary schools, 11 junior high schools, and 6 vocational high schools.
